Surprise Broccoli Salad

Here’s a great recipe for a broccoli salad, with some surprising and tasty ingredients. This can be used for a healthy snack too, not just for a salad. I like to eat different kinds of salads during the day for snacks sometimes. Make this the day before, if possible, because the taste gets better.
1 head of broccoli
1/2 red onion, chopped into small pieces
1/4 pound of crispy bacon, broken up small
1 can of mandarin oranges
1/4 cup pecan pieces
1/4 cup raisins
Dressing:
1/4 cup of white vinegar (apple cider vinegar gives a nice taste too)
1 cup of sugar, Splenda, etc.
1 cup mayo
Break broccoli into little pieces into a bowl or container. Add in the other ingredients. Then add in dressing, and mix well. Cover bowl or container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
